I missed my flight, what do I do?

Tickets must be canceled 24 hours prior to the departure of the flight to keep their value. There is no refund for no-shows. The ticket is lost, and no residual value is preserved.

Note: If it has been more than 24 hours since you purchased your ticket, or the booking was made within 7 days (168 hours) of travel, a cancellation fee may apply and can be found here.
