If your bag is delayed, please report it to a Frontier representative at the airport as soon as possible so we can begin tracking and recovery.

If you're unable to report it at the airport, you can submit a claim through our Delayed Baggage Form. Once your claim is created, updates on your bag's status will be provided through the claim process.

Reasonable, necessary interim expenses due to the delay may be reimbursable and will be reviewed by our team as part of the claim process, consistent with applicable regulations.
