If you have TSA PreCheck but don’t see it on your boarding pass, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Profile information mismatch – Your name, date of birth, and gender in your Frontier Airlines booking must exactly match what’s on file with TSA. Even a small variation (like a missing middle name or a typo) can prevent the TSA PreCheck indicator from appearing.
- Known Traveler Number (KTN) not added – Make sure your KTN is saved in your Frontier account or added to your reservation before check‑in. You can update this information through “Manage My Booking” section on flyfrontier.com or in the Frontier mobile app.
- TSA’s random security measures – Even if you are enrolled in TSA PreCheck, the TSA occasionally applies random security screenings. This means that no passenger is guaranteed PreCheck benefits on every flight.
If your boarding pass doesn’t show TSA PreCheck, you’ll need to use the standard security line for that trip.
