Yes. DOB corrections are allowed when the booking does not match the traveler's government-issued ID. There is no fee when valid documentation is submitted and verified.
Requirements:
Government‑issued ID showing the correct date of birth
One (1) free DOB correction per passenger
Requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before travel
Most requests are processed within 72 hours.
