All Frontier Airlines World Mastercard® cardholders and members with Elite Silver status or higher are eligible to head a Family Pool. A Family Pool may consist of one pool head and up to eight additional individual members.
Eligibility requirements
To create a Family Pool, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- Hold Elite Silver status or higher.
- Be a Frontier Airlines World Mastercard® cardholder.
Registration Steps:
- Create individual accounts: Ensure every member you want to add has their own active Frontier Miles account and member number
- Log in on a web browser: Go to FlyFrontier.com on a computer or mobile browser and log into your Frontier Miles account
- Access your profile: Select your profile icon or name, click View Profile, and scroll to the Family Pool section.
- Create a Family Pool: If you meet the eligibility requirements, select the option to start a Family Pool. You will become the designated pool head and will have the option to add members.
Invite members: Select "Add a Pool Member", enter each member’s Frontier Miles account number, and submit the invitation.
Accept invitations: Each invited member will receive an email invitation. To join the pool, the invited member must select Accept from the invitation email and enter the Frontier Miles account number of the pool head
Please allow up to 24 hours for changes to appear in your profile after an invitation has been accepted.
Notas importantes:
- Invitation links expire after 24 hours if they are not accepted.
- The family pooling feature is not available within the app interface.
- A Family Pool may include one pool head and up to eight additional members.
