You can add or modify Special Service requests through the FlyFrontier website, mobile app or through our Accessibility Request Form.
On flyfrontier.com :

Under My Trips & Travel Info in the navigation click Manage Travel

Enter your Last Name and Confirmation Code

Select Add Special Services on your Trip Confirmation screen

Scroll to each passenger’s section and click Special Services

Choose your options and click Continue to save
On the Frontier app:

Open the app and go to My Trips

Enter your Last Name and Confirmation Code

Select the passenger’s name who needs special services.

Tap the Special Services dropdown.

Check the box for the service you need.
