Pike the Otter

It's impossible not to look at an otter and find them adorable. Known for holding hands while they sleep, keeping their favorite rock in a special pocket, and using toys and tools, otters are one of the ocean's most playful critters. Unlike most marine mammals, otters don't have blubber, but instead, have some of the thickest fur in the animal kingdom to keep them warm. Next time you're on the shores in Alaska, keep an eye out for this clever mammal.
