No Scraping: Engaging in any kind of “website scraping,” “data scraping” or “screen scraping” of this website is strictly prohibited. No person or business entity may employ or use, directly or indirectly, any automated or computerized device, process, program, algorithm or methodology (including but not limited to computer software “robots” or “spiders”) or any other software, process (whether manual or electronic) or device that operates to access, acquire, harvest, capture, copy, collect, re-publish, transmit, or monitor any data, service, product, or content from the Frontier Airlines website or web applications, or affiliated websites or web applications (collectively, the “Sites”). DOT Full Fare Advertising Rule: Under no circumstances is an online travel agency (OTA) or third party website permitted to advertise fares lower than standard published fares. An OTA’s or third party website’s failure to show either the exact fare or to round up to an amount greater than the exact fare may violate the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) full fare advertising rule under 14 CFR § 399.84(a) and constitute a prohibited unfair and deceptive trade practice under 49 U.S.C. § 41712. OTAs and third party websites may be assessed civil penalties by the DOT for violations of 14 CFR § 399.84(a) and 49 U.S.C. § 41712.
