  • Interview with Frontier’s Maintenance Team
  • Accept employment within the Frontier system
  • Receive Pre-Employment Sign On Bonus with Conditional Job Offer (CJO)
  • Attend a fast prep course at a Frontier-approved partner school
  • After training, report to your assigned location and start your career as a Licensed Technician
