Employment / Enrollment	No more than 1 checkride/stagecheck failure in the previous 12 months. No more than 3 checkride/stagecheck failures during pilot training at ERAU
Accidents or Incidents	No accidents or incidents on pilot record
Passport Current	Required
First Class Medical	Required
FCC Radio Operator Permit	Required
Outmatch Assessment	3.0 or higher
Pilot License to Interview	Commercial pilots license with instrument and multi-engine rating
