Come Fly with Us

Come be a part of our growing family and open up your world of opportunities.

READY TO START YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE?

Every day our team goes the extra mile to make air travel easy and affordable. These efforts allow millions of people to have the chance to travel - to visit family and friends, take exciting vacations or create new businesses - every year. Our flight attendants are our best ambassadors and the heart of our airline.

In light of overwhelming candidate interest and the record amount of hiring in the first half of this year, we have temporarily closed the flight attendant application link for all bases with the exception of our Denver, CO base for local hiring. As we continue to grow, we will re-open the flight attendant application for all other bases in the future. If you are interested in being based in Denver, please submit an application below. If you would like to be added to our email list to be notified when other bases are available, please submit a general interest application below. Thank you for your interest in joining Team Frontier.

GROWING AIRLINE
We are rapidly expanding with over 200 new aircraft on order and network expansions now covering 90% of the US.

We're expected to grow 3 TIMES our current size over the next 10 years.
BETTER WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Most of our trips have you back in base so you can sleep in your own bed!
LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
With a stable business model and plenty of opportunity for growth and career experience, Frontier is a place to call home.
