Winter Weather System – May 20, 2022 and May 21, 2022
With the expected impact to travel conditions from a winter weather system moving through the central United States, Frontier has enacted the following guidelines aimed at assisting customers scheduled to travel between Friday, May 20, 2022 and Saturday, May 21, 2022 to/from/through the following cities:
- Denver, CO (DEN)
- Colorado Springs, CO (COS)
Customers who are ticketed to travel between Friday, May 20, 2022 and Saturday, May 21, 2022 who purchased tickets on or before Thursday, May 19, 2022, may make one itinerary change - rules/restrictions regarding standard change fees, advance purchase, day or time applications, blackouts, and minimum or maximum stay requirements will be waived. Travel must be completed no later than Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Se pueden cambiar las ciudades de origen y destino. Customers whose flights are cancelled may request a refund.
Know Your Travel Policy
All Passengers Arriving From A Foreign Country To The US
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued an Order on January 12, 2021 requiring proof of a negative COVID-19 test or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 for all air passengers arriving from a foreign country to the US. This Order will be effective on January 26, 2021. More info.
- Required Forms: All air passengers arriving from a foreign country to the US will be required to complete an attestation form.
