Who can participate in the Frontier Airlines Group Program?
Any groups of 10 or more passengers traveling on the same itinerary can take advantage of the group program.
How do I book Group Travel?
To request a group quote, please use the form below and our dedicated group travel expert will contact you. We typically send group quotes within 2-3 business days after submission. Group Quotes expire two business days unless deposit is made
- $5.00 per passenger is due upon acceptance of the Booking and must be paid with Deposit.
- $40 per person deposit is due within 5 business days of accepting the booking, provided the booking is made at least 60 days prior to the outbound travel
- For bookings made within 60 days of outbound travel, full payment will be required at the time of the booking.
Why is Frontier sometimes more expensive than other airlines?
Flights requested by groups may already be heavily booked or, due to the date/season of travel or based upon historical data, may be expected to be sold out or sold at higher fares, all of which will affect the fare we are able to offer. Lastly, group rates come with more flexibility than other published fares and that does sometimes trigger a higher fare.
Will Frontier price match if we have a quote from another airline?
Frontier's group sales team will happily provide bona fide quotes from other carriers to our pricing team for evaluation. Price matching is sometimes possible but not always available due to the variables listed above.
Why does Frontier not offer group rates on connections?
Frontier’s network does not always offer multiple daily nonstops and to avoid the possibility of a group being adversely affected by a misconnection without a convenient re-route option, our policy is to serve groups only on non-stop routes.
Can everyone on the booking pay with individual credit cards?
No. Only one credit or debit card can be used per payment transaction. However, you can use one card for the deposit and a different card for the final payment.
Does Frontier offer charter flights in addition to group opportunities?
Yes! Frontier currently offers charters to/from cities already in our network. Due to the additional costs and level of customization involved in staging and operating these flights, charter prices can be expected to be much higher than standard group rates. For information or to request a charter quote, please email us at: charterinquiries@flyfrontier.com
All bookings are subject to Frontier Airlines’ policies and procedures, as set forth at www.flyfrontier.com and in Frontier Airlines’ Contract of Carriage, https://www.flyfrontier.com/legal/contract-of-carriage/.

Booking Fee: $5.00 per passenger is due within 1 business day of accepting the Booking.

Ticketing: Once Frontier Airlines receives the Final Amount, Frontier Airlines will issue electronic tickets for the Booking to the Group Leader / Coordinator by means of an email confirmation.
Ticket Validity and Nonrefundability: Tickets issued by Frontier Airlines are non-changeable and nonrefundable and are valid for transportation only on the flights and dates shown on the ticket and have no value and are not valid for transportation thereafter. If you cancel or reduce your Group after ticket issuance, all payments already made are nonrefundable and will be forfeited.
Passenger Information: Frontier Airlines must receive, for each passenger in the Group, the full legal name, gender and birthdate by no later than the Passenger Information Due Date. The Passenger Information List must be provided by the Group Leader to Frontier Airlines through a secure link provided by Frontier Airlines.
It is important that the full legal name match the entire name located on the individual's government- issued photo ID that will be used at the airport security checkpoint. Passengers under the age of 18 are not required to provide a photo ID. Lap children (aged 23 months or younger) should be indicated on the Passenger Information List and identified with their primary responsible traveler.

The Group Leader / Coordinator must provide the designated Frontier contact person via securely-sent encrypted email with the name of the passenger who will not be flying, and the new passenger’s name, gender, and date of birth. All such changes, or any name corrections, must be verified with the designated Frontier contact person and cannot be processed at the ticket counter locations. Passenger changes are not permitted at any time to allow a different passenger future use towards a ticket exchange.
Name changes must be submitted in the same format listed above. Do not submit the entire name list; provide only the passenger changes (deletions and additions).
Groups that reduce to fewer than 10 passengers must cancel.

Frontier Airlines will not, and will not be responsible for re-booking passengers on another carrier or refunding the value of the ticket of all tickets issued prior to any change. In the event the Group’s flight is canceled, or a domestic flight is delayed more than three hours (180 minutes) the Group will be eligible for a refund, to rebook, or to cancel and receive a credit shell valid for five years from date of cancellation.
Itinerary Changes: Itinerary changes are not permitted.
Group Passengers: Cannot modify the Booking, change seats, or check-in online. Only the Group Leader may request modifications and check the passengers in online.
